Promotional campaign for the Podkarpackie Province

CASE STUDY
Campaign promoting tourism in the Podkarpackie Province among users of the nationwide Traseo.pl portal and the European Traseo.com portal.

Campaign Progress

1. Podkarpackie Province as a strategic partner of the Traseo portal for a period of 2 months,
2. “Podkarpackie. The right direction” on the main slide of the portal,
3. advertising banner for the province,
4. creation and publication of a large section entitled “Podkarpackie. The right direction” with an advertisement and a link to the website,
5. sponsored article,
6. translation of cycling routes and posting them on the podkarpackieofficialtrails account,
7. branding of English and Polish language routes with the logo of the Podkarpackie Province,
8. promotional campaign for English language trails among foreigners staying in Poland.

Portal partner status

  • The strategic partnership guaranteed the client constant brand exposure among the active sports and outdoor community, which certainly strengthened the image of the Podkarpackie brand and translated into increased brand recognition.

Display advertising

One element of the promotional campaign was an advertising banner on the right sidebar of the home page and most subpages of Traseo.pl, linked to the client's official account with recommended routes in the region.

Thematic section on the website

As part of the partnership, the client also gained an entire section on the Traseo homepage, which included a photo encouraging users to interact, a logo, and a short description. The whole section was linked to a location specified by the client.

Translating routes and adding them to the customer's account

As part of the cooperation, five routes indicated by the client were selected and translated into English. The routes were added to the client's official English-language account on Traseo.com, and links to them were used in social media advertisements.

Social media promotional campaign

Advertisements in MetaAds directing users directly to routes in Traseo made it possible to precisely reach English-speaking, active audiences (currently staying in Poland). These activities translated into measurable communication effects and strengthened the brand's image as attractive and active.

Campaign results

  • Increasing awareness of the province's brand through constant exposure of the logo and slogan on the portal – (strategic partnership, slider, banner, thematic section),
  • building the perception of the region as modern, active, and attractive to tourists,
  • consistent branding of routes and content to strengthen the uniform visual identity of Podkarpackie,
  • positioning the region as a leader in tourism (cycling and hiking),
  • increasing the share of users from outside Poland in views of routes and materials about the region.
